We will be dedicating our 88th house on Saturday December 17th at 2pm. Blanca Venegas and her two children Ruben (8) and Sarah (4) will be moving into their new home just in time for Christmas!

Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity raised $3,125 dollars and since the Monfort Family Foundation agreed to match donations dollar for dollar we made a grand total of $6,250. Thanks to all those who donated and the Monfort Family Foundation for their contribution!

Atmos Energy & the Schlessman Family Foundation will be sponsoring another Habitat home in 2012. Since 2005 the two organizations have sponsored 5 homes and contributed over $500,000 dollars to Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity. Changes to the Enterprise Zone
Effective January 1, 2011 Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity (GAHFH) will internally administer our Upstate Colorado Enterprise Zone program by directly accepting all contributions. You will still be eligible to claim the 25% state tax credit for contributions of $100 or more! In addition, Upstate Colorado’s administrative fee has been reduced from 2.5% to 1.5%.
