Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization created to provide access to decent affordable housing for families of modest means. We work in partnership with the community and families in need to build simple decent homes in the Greeley area.
We are affiliated with Habitat for Humanity International, which has built over 800,000 houses since 2013 around the world, providing millions of families with safe, decent, affordable shelter.
Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity was formed by a group of local volunteers who saw the need for affordable housing and decided to put faith and love into action. Officially recognized in 1987, the affiliate completed its first home in 1988.
Our mission is to RECYCLE donations from individuals and businesses, RESELL them to the public at a reduced cost, and REINVEST the profits into Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity to help REBUILD lives through building homes. The Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity ReStore was started in October of 2005. Each Habitat Restore varies in what they carry. Our ReStore focuses more on the home improvement side of things by taking and selling appliances, furniture and building materials.
Seniors, UNC students and teachers get 15% off everyday. Proof of ID might be required to receive discount.
We are now offering what we call our HERO’S REWARDS. Military (active, retired, discharged) as well as paramedics, police personnel, and firefighters now get 15% off everyday!
When calling to schedule a pickup of donations, please understand that with the nice weather, we are booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Thank you for your generosity!
