Hope Springs
Coming Soon!
Hope Springs, a vacant greenfield property in Greeley and adjacent to the City of Evans is currently being transformed into a 174 Habitat Home Development. The project features an on-site childcare center, a state-of-the-art mini-pitch soccer field, and open space areas. The project is in close proximity to retail stores, restaurants, public transportation, and existing grocery stores, all within a five-minute walk. Furthermore, the new Greeley West IB High School is just a 10-minute drive away, and highly-rated schools such as Frontier Academy K-8, Dos Rios Elementary School, Brentwood Middle School, and Chappelow Arts Magnet K-8 School are conveniently located nearby.
Mission Springs
A development in partnership with Commonwealth Companies, the Nation's 7th largest for-profit affordable housing developer, to provide the Evans community with a total of 95 affordable housing units. This includes 68 affordable town homes and cottages, and 27 paired and single-family homes for Habitat families to help replace half the homes lost in the 2013 floods.

Mission Springs will be completed in the Summer of 2024.
Crestview
In 2016 Crestview, the infrastructure for GWHFH’s 14 home development, was begun, with the development being completed in 2019. All 14 homes in this development have been built in some way by and in partnership with the Jefferson students and the community in support of the Construction Pathway Program.
Clover Meadows
Clover Meadows is a 12 home development currently in progress in Northern Greeley.
Habitat North
Starting in 2004 Greeley-Weld Habitat began construction at Habitat North-a 60 home subdivision in northeast Greeley. The land purchase was made possible through an acquisition grant from the Greeley Urban Renewal Authority (GURA). The 60-home development was completed in the summer of 2016, making it one of the largest single-family Habitat developments west of the Mississippi.
Tieman Village
The first home development built by Greeley-Weld Habitat broke ground in 1999. The 22 home development was finished in 2002.
