Family Selection Committee
The Family Selection Committee works with the GAHFH Family Services Coordinator to review and consider applicants for participation in the GAHFH affordable homeownership program. Committee members qualify families based on:
- Demonstrated need
- Ability to pay
- Willingness to partner
- Ability to demonstrate lawful presence
Committee members review loan applications, conduct home interviews, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Time Commitment: Minimum 1 year; monthly meetings
Meeting Times: 1st Tuesday of every month; 6-7:30pm
